Bao is by far the best fitness/ wellness center this town has to offer! Been a bao member since it opened and I am always happy with the service, educated trainers, clean equipment and the owners are amazing!!! Not to mention they have Delicious smoothies, if your tired of a factory gym and are looking for a personal exclusive gym bao is the place to be.
Awesome place if you like overcoming adversity from the owners themselves.Try wearing a SPORTS BRA here. See what happens. You will be told to leave/kicked out. I'm not even kidding. Happened to a nice Woman last week.Lol, once again.... You will be kicked out if you wear a bra designed for physical activity here.This gym is a joke, always had been and always will be. Please do not give these people money, they will only use it to shame others with thier "policies".
Amazing Gym! I highly recommend them as they respect people who have poor body images (its tough going to a gym when your really overweight and see all these fit people in very revealing clothing). They also stand up for themselves and don't let entitled gym brats to destroy to their atmosphere!!!
Great Gym!!! Been a member for five years. Love the intimate gym setting. Not intimidating atmosphere for men, women or newby's. Personal trainers have played a huge roll in my transformation and love for fitness. Love that BAO offers a variety of fitness classes and practices and overall healthy lifestyle image. I highly recommend this gym, especially if you are new to exercise and enjoy working out in a professional setting!!
Dress code?? Seriously!! Stay away!!!far away. This gym should be shut down!! Reporting to the better business bureau! Discrimination
