Ordered a custom collar the other day and the staff at Cerberus was very pleasant and helpful. They provided recommendations from the colour of leather and designs. When I received the collar, it was beyond my expectations. The quality if even better than the images on their website and Facebook page. Thank you for a great experience.
Edit: I finally received my collar and leash about 10 days after I entered my initial review. The business card in the package had different contact info than the emailed receipt. I've since rescinded the disputed purchase with my credit card company.As for the collar, I love it. It's very masculine and looks fantastic on my rottweiler. The matching leash is fine, the leather is a little rough and I was expecting it to have a shorter lead attachment as was demonstrated in the video.Increase my rating to three stars.
