Bought a GT Aggressor mountain bike on sale. Had to return the first purchase as it wasn't the right size - zero issues with the return. Ordered a different frame size online from Sportchek.ca and the Georgetown shop built the bike without charge. Excellent level of service from every staff person I talked to, very easy to deal with. Will be back!
Got two bicycles for my son.first one was a balance bike last may.my son loved it and ride a lot.then rear wheel some strings got loose a bit.Tried to fix myself can't do it without the professional tool.Took the bike back to here and got it fixd like new without any charges.special thanks to Mike at the bike shop!
The prices are high and the service is bad. You never find a person to help you. At least it's clean.

Unfortunately, a far too common case of staff that either isn't trained in their particular area (don't know how to measure kids feet for shoes) or in the case I recently experienced, simply don't know how to 'take care of a customer'. Asking a customer at the cash to "go back and find another pair" (of shoes) because the price tag wasn't on the shoes. Especially when the store has no customers in it anyway??? Common Man! Let's teach staff the basics of customer service so we don't simply hand ALL the business to on line retailers!
